Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The wage is common. Company does not offer special health insurance for staffs.
Better bonus and base pay increase
Just one thing that the insurance and benefit package is quite basic, too basic tbh. Insurance paid by on basic salary rate, note 100% rate. No annual heal checkup, no company trip.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a young and energetic team. We all help each other develop while really bonded during our work. I love my coworkers at Jobhopin.
The best thing about my team is the openness of the group to listen to other people's problems and help others with their kindnesses.

They need to manage their time better as some usually miss the deadline which leads to bad consequences for the whole team.

The interview process was super thorough, and I was appreciative that the recruiters were communicative throughout.

I were so welcomed by the recruiter. She showed me how to present myself in front of line manager and tips on IQ test.

What makes you most happy at work?
lack of micro management and flexible hours
The nature of my work, which involves understand customers' problems and figure out ways to solve them. as well as collaborating with my coworkers who are supportive and great team players
Overall, Jobhopin is a great working environment where people are productive and supportive while being there.
The thing makes me most happy is the orientation that Jobhopin helps me in my career path. I have gained a lot of experiences here.
