They need to stop pretending that they are not a corporation. They treat employees as expendables despite claiming they see them as human beings
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I got paid well even though I was treated unfairly
Casual, dog-friendly office. Great co-workers. 401k Match and great benefits and perks
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's not competitive... There's no clear path forward or reward structure for individual achievements and contributions
What are some of the best things about your team?
There are good people and not so good folks like any other place

Make sure the skillsets match what you actually require from the role
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Invest in process, in-house capabilities and a proper heirarchy/chain of command... Less chefs in the kitchen at one time... Use sign-offs and milestones for approvals
