What is the best part about your compensation package?
Bonus and stock options are the best.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Hard working and experienced. But, politics is very high.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Like the most that not in even the interview managers knows what they are looking for.
What makes you most happy at work?
High profit of pharm prices is the only thing keeping JNJ in the game and since high paying jobs or benefit. But, actual job satisfaction not sure.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Poor leadership in certain areas. Mostly older stronger leadership is all gone, and new leadership doesn't have the experience in certain areas. Hence, times are changing at JNJ.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Hire leaders who knows the subject matter. Don't hire ppl without experience in the area. Too many leaders without any ppl who can do the job. Like 5 leaders and 1 poor guy doing the actual job.
