I am a contractor, I have no benefits.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are scrum, we respect each other as peers and the environment is upbuilding and always positive, no finger pointing and no blaming.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I do not have much contact with the leadership team, but they are very kind to me and know me by my name and they are familiar with me and my work. I feel respected.
