What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am an admin and the admins seem to help one another out, when needed.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I am around my friends and colleagues; especially the ones that give off positive vibes.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is that I get one. However, I feel that my raise and bonus could be better. I have not had a raise (besides the last couple of years) five consecutive years as I was told that I was at the ceiling of my pay. If that's the case, at least raise that ceiling--due to cost of living.
