My immediate team is a pretty cohesive team.

Our executive leadership seems to actually care about the employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am not paid at the actual value range I should be paid at for my years of experience.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I am able to meet with customers in my Territory and when I am acknowledged for efforts on a project I have lead.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
HR is very slow with informing candidates where their application status is at AND hiring managers do not keep candidates informed of their current application status either.
