What do you like best about the leadership team?They are involved with all around store activities.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?For the hours, what you have to put up with, and what is expected, salaries are low. Even with experience, and a degree, it's still low.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?If I didn't work there be great. The branch manager at one of their Pennsylvania location says personality of a door, and he doesn't communicate.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Management and executive team are poor. They micromanage and expect you to know everything without asking questions.
