- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?If I didn't work there be great. The branch manager at one of their Pennsylvania location says personality of a door, and he doesn't communicate.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Management and executive team are poor. They micromanage and expect you to know everything without asking questions.
