I genuinely do believe they want the best for me and my staff. But they have to pull harder for our investors than for us

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary plus comm and pm money
MONEY 401 K and vacation time off
Mostly affordable and gives me what I need
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If i could ever meet a goal without having it changed at the last minute right before i succeed. We have no stock. Insurance is too expensive for nothing
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone loves what they do and wants to help pull in the same direction
Well dress neat and clean
Family atmosphere, helping, teaching and nurturing one another

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Great manager who cares about us and tries hard but hiring is a really problem.
I had very good boss
Customer satisfaction. Enjoying the client interaction Ann's helping to educate and help them at the same time.

Made time for me and listened
One interview rather than a series of them, then heard back that same week
When i went to work in 1993 i was interviewed by the CEO & 2 V P !
Swift and informative as well as making sure I'm a fit for the company and vice versa.

What makes you most happy at work?
Helping clients see themselves in better light simply by how they appear on the outside.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The financial situation looks like a mess to us at the bottom. We’re opening new stores, closing stores, eliminating positions in the stores, cutting hours, but creating new insurance packages, company seems to think part timers are expendable not worth investing money
Must get back to the basics in clothing
