What do you like best about the leadership team?
Communicative and transparent. Strong business fundamentals have ensured the success and longevity of the company so far.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Diversity, respect for women all need to be improved.
Leadership should revisit their values, clearly define them and try to lead by example. You talk the talk but don't walk the walk.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Very strong base salary, and I pay nothing out-of-pocket for my health insurance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Lee and Jon are useless, I do all the work
Difficult to be successful when executive management makes reactive decisions often. The media concept and content programming is wonderful, supporting technology and operations are poorly managed and often micro-managed to the point that they can't deliver quality solutions or retain A players.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Really funny and engaged. They care about the work product.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We could work together if management would do something about the offensive comments and harassment. But also if my coworkers pulled their weight
Meetings are not useful, there are too many meetings and meetings never focus on action items.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone has a voice/ can bring ideas to the table.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Try to make the environment less toxic and actually handle the issue instead of sweeping it under the rug

With limited space and too much noise in the office, embrace offering the option of working from home for the right roles. Also, allow for flexible work hours for some roles.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to speak with a lot of different members of the team.
Interviewer didn't seem very bright, so I knew I'd get the job
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
If the interviewer actually remember what he was going to ask before the interview started he kept looking at his phone. Also if the interviewer stopped making advances towards me
What makes you most happy at work?
Collaborating on big projects that impact the company overall.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Get better executive management that really understands the balance of culture and productivity and is able to define and promote a vision. Also, it's a small company, meet more often and share department level success.
