What did you like most about the interview process?I got to speak with a lot of different members of the team.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?If the interviewer actually remember what he was going to ask before the interview started he kept looking at his phone. Also if the interviewer stopped making advances towards me
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Try to make the environment less toxic and actually handle the issue instead of sweeping it under the rug
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?We could work together if management would do something about the offensive comments and harassment. But also if my coworkers pulled their weight
