Executive Bio

Mr. Vincent J. Molinaro, also known as Vince, has been the Chief Customer Officer and Executive Vice President at Juniper Networks, Inc. since February 2014. Mr. Molinaro served as Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Juniper Networks, Inc. from July 2013 to February 2014. He has 30 years of professional experience in engineering, product management, marketing, sales and operations. He served as the Senior Vice President of Service Provider Segment at Juniper Networks. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of Easy Link, LLC. He established the VM Advisory Group to help business owners and leaders create and execute customized plans that transformed their business. Mr. Molinaro served as the Chief Operating Officer of Internap Network Services Corp., from April 16, 2007 to April 7, 2008. In this position, he led all marketing, sales, as well as Internap Network's newly established business units, which include IP Services, Colocation, Content Delivery Networks (CDN) and Advertising Services. He also served as an Executive Officer of Internap Network Services Corp. from April 2008 to June 2008. Mr. Molinaro served as Head of Europe and North Region Operations at Alcatel-Lucent. He also held senior executive and in-country regional positions at Bell Labs. He served as the President of North America Global Sales at Alcatel-Lucent USA, Inc. since August 2003 and led the sales, technical support and delivery teams to grow Lucent's service provider business and extend its legacy products into next-generation enterprise solutions. He also redefined and launched Lucent's global business partner sales and support organizations. Mr. Molinaro served as Senior Vice President of Americas sales for Integrated Network Solutions since 2001. Previously, he was responsible for executive management of Lucent's Mobility, Inbound Global, Emerging Service Provider, Broadband and Backbone Builder customer segments and accounts. Before that, he served as Vice President with worldwide responsibility for the Sprint, WorldCom and UUNet accounts. He was also responsible for launching Lucent's Global Business Partner organization, which is tasked with increasing Lucent's channel presence. Mr. Molinaro spent six years in Netherlands in numerous assignments with Lucent Technologies Inc. From 1998 to April 2000, he served as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Lucent's Europe, Middle East & Africa Region (EMEA) Service Provider Networks (SPN) business. He was responsible for all marketing, sales, service, support and program management for new and existing network operators and service providers in EMEA at Lucent, including local, long distance, wireless and Internet service providers, as well as region-based global telecommunications companies. In 1997 and 1998, Mr. Molinaro launched the EMEA Data Networking business and before that, led an international business development effort for Lucent's Communication Software business. Mr. Molinaro joined AT&T Network Systems in 1988 as AT&T Joint Venture Manager with AT&T-Partner Philips Medical Systems-North America. He also held international positions in Network Systems Marketing, Applications Software Business Management and Data Networking. He has been a Director of Procera Networks, Inc. since May 2015. He has been a Member of the Advisory Board of Persistent Systems Limited since May 6, 2009. Mr. Molinaro holds Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University and Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Bridgeport.
