Inclusivity - People come to the table from completely different life paths and with completely different experiences.

I loved the opportunity to meet more than just one person in HR or one manager of a management team.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I appreciate that they are accessible and open to listening to any ideas and are open about sharing what's going on with the company as a whole.
