Pay for real experience in workforce and not for somebody who is always right.
Respect actual skills and not just what you know especially if you have not much experience in industry.
All solutions have to be rebuilt which is high risk and not reliable. Get a real architecture.
There is no real collaboration as it is fake. Passive aggressive back door conversations are the norm. Management rarely compliment a employees.
Listening to experience staff and not know it all staff right out of school. Use process to your advantage and correct/improve as a team instead of using it against people in passive aggressive manner.
