What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are all supportive and really listen to suggestions and concerns.
They get things done fast and right
very open to feedback and cares about employees
They open up feedback loop and act on it.
They are supportive on whatever growth path you want to be on while setting high outcome based expectations.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They don't care at the employees
Helping employees to set up their information so they can get paid.
Leadership needs to have a better sense of direction.
They are great about hiring and promoting from within, but they may be a little over eager, and promote when individuals aren't ready.. In turn providing misdirection. Politics is a real game here.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The availability of an HSA with company matching to a percent was excellent. I prefer this over health insurance where you lose value.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I could actually get signed up to get paid.

What are some of the best things about your team?
They all truly enjoy working together.
They are all nice and friendly.
my team is full of smart, talented, and fun people
They are passionate about what they do without taking themselves too seriously. They work hard but they also know when it's time to stop.
All are polite and want to see you succeed
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The environment is highly political and catty. Managers conspire to fire, in a highly inappropriate manner. Work is a game of hot potato/not it. No one will take responsibility and help a teammate out.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are all very kind to each other and helpful to each other.
For the most part, everyone is super supportive of one another.
You are working alone most the time, either picking, packing or putting away.. So less drama
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Threatening, competitive and political environment. High drama, you can't trust anyone.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was easy going and no too serious.
I met with a lot of people which I took as a sign that they wanted to ensure I was the best fit for the role.

How much fun we have working together
I like my job. I like the pace and like being on my own
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Be more flexible, they call themselves a start up.. But they won't give you the liberty and trust their employees to work as if they're in a start up environment. There's no room for creativity and free speech.
What do you like best about your company?
They promote from within. Something I like because I want to be able to move up and grow
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Better iPads and scanners. They go dead very quickly. During a normal days shift I may have to go to change my scanner out for another one at least 5-6 times.
