They are supportive on whatever growth path you want to be on while setting high outcome based expectations.
The willingness to help with a problem

Helping employees to set up their information so they can get paid.
Leadership needs to have a better sense of direction.
They are great about hiring and promoting from within, but they may be a little over eager, and promote when individuals aren't ready.. In turn providing misdirection. Politics is a real game here.
