- What would you improve about your company's interview process?Not make it a video you send in. You can't guagr someone's work ethic or integrity over a video that you get multiple chances to record and re record
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?We get paid less than a dollar per case. Sometimes it takes 15 minutes to find an obscure product or new product on the shelf. That means we are getting paid $4/hr. On top of toxic stores and management, nothing could possibly make this company see its faults
