What do you like best about the leadership team?
They could be better looking but they seem to get the job done

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leading... they don't know our product, process or how to write marketing programs. They don't understand the needs of the customers and they remain isolated from feedback. Sales management doesn't understand the meaning of "removing sales roadblocks."

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm fixing several peoples' mistakes, doing my managements' paperwork and spend too much time reporting out on "fake" news. In other words, the pipeline doesn't match the quoting activity because the system isn't synchronized.
A raise and then frequent raises based on my performance

What are some of the best things about your team?
They do get along well
Good group of folks. Happy hours are a lot of fun.
We work hard and have each other’s backs

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Information... give us real data regarding sales, DSO and shipments. Help us understand how we are compensated. Help us define who will be compensated for which product lines.
Someone needs to step up and lead the group

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone believes in the mission and is willing to do what it takes to be successful
people get along and there is very little "drama" which is nice
That everyone is keeping everyone moving

The management should all be replaced.
