Senior management is very personable and approachable, but out of touch with what is really happening in the locations

Honesty, integrity, and appreciation of employees
Stop Nepotism at the Durban Pinetown, Staff need to be treated better and with respect we are constantly shouted at and second guessed

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If there honest and didn't hang you out to dry by finding any excuse they can to throw you under the bus from minuscule tasks that cause a headache or a massive safety issue they cause because of the pressure placed on any one individual. It's lose lose working for them. If it happened your to blame
Toxic management. Honest regular reviews by my management.
I feel totally undervalued, work just gets thrown at me which is not part of my job, Pay grades are not equal

HARD WORKERS, LOOKING OUT FOR ONE ANOTHER, HONEST
There all really great people just getting used like me.
We support each other and help figure out problems

Theres so many things, ranging from the equality too the verbal abuse and bullying from managment
Training from the top down.
There is too much nepotism and unfair treatment

We are maximizing profit by unscrupulous practices. Could be improved by developing long term goals with clients and adhering to AIMS that built kaltire
Ita all about money for the upper management, they pretend they have your interests at heart but would watch you drown the second a finger points at them.
Terrible management that only cares about the top.
I don't look forward to be shouted at everyday and being told that we are doing nothing when in fact we are very much under pressure, one of the Customers was even shouted at, how can you work in an environment like that
