What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Uplifting co workers and safe space to voice disagreement
What did you like most about the interview process? It was casual and more of a conversation than an intimidating firing squad
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Great team, always look forward to spending time with them
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? Its a startup so we knew what we were getting in to when we were hired. Lower compensation is par for the course and motivates us to work harder because the idea is if the company succeeds, we succeed (and our salaries go up)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Promised compensation is often delayed and equity never materialized.
