What makes you most happy at work?Autonomy and flexibility support of additional education
What do you like best about the leadership team?Brandon Jones - just there to cut jobs and save money. UNFORTUNATELY, he does it well. John Polstein - great guy. Very smart and great personality. A born leader who actually knows what he's doing and communicates it very well. I believe in him. Sam Slater - a jokester who doesn't do squat.
What is the best part about your compensation package?Great commission plan - it pays very well with lots of kickers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? The insurance is WAY overpriced and there is no vision plan. But, you do get benefits after 30 days, so that's nice.
