I love how KARL STORZ leadership team cares about it's employees needs and listens to their staff in areas that need help.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
In leadership! In how to treat their employees, how to appreciate employees who had being good workers, how to help employees who are having dificulty with too much stress!
Thrte is no honesty or leadership!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
great health benefits and fair wages.
Health insurance plans and offering
Heath insurance was great for the family

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To stop seeing how they benefit themselves and appreciate the emoyees who work hard better!

we work, learn and laugh together
We are a family. We are there to help one another in every situation.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everyone is too busy to be available to answer questions etc. We need more staff so we can do things properly.
