I love seeing successful projects come to life. We also have good organic growth from our current customers which indicates to me we're on the right path.

We have a great mix of people with different experience levels and approaches to problem-solving. Most are open to trying things a different way or experimenting with something new. We're pretty data-driven so that gives us some space to make improvements without focusing on blame.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Employees have a lot of autonomy. Leadership does track certain performance metrics, but day to day work is fairly flexible. While there are plenty of people willing to talk through problems with you, people who are self driven, and willing to shift focus when required, would fit in best here.
