We need to focus more on structure and process
There is nothing coming up behind our current compounds. We need some investment in the future or we will turn into a one and done company.

There is no enforcement of work / life balance. If I feel I need to work 12 hours everyday (which I do), the company is happy to let me until I burn out. Then once I am no longer performing, I will be replaced.

Inconsistent goals and constantly shifting priorities by the day. Management rushes too much to push multiple objectives forward which results in work that often must be repeated or adjusted. More focus is needed to focus on a clear set of objectives.
