The expectation of being available 24/7 including holidays leads to quick burnout. There is no respect for the employees and what is being asked of them. Upper management needs to provide more resources and stop pushing the employees to the point of exhaustion and burnout.

There is nothing coming up behind our current compounds. We need some investment in the future or we will turn into a one and done company.

There is no enforcement of work / life balance. If I feel I need to work 12 hours everyday (which I do), the company is happy to let me until I burn out. Then once I am no longer performing, I will be replaced.
