What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I feel that things are collaborative and my team is working together to help one another succeed.

In the Portland office, the culture is very much a "software company" - it's relaxed, social, and a happy environment. In the Skokie office, the culture is more so a "consulting firm" and most people stay in their offices all day and it's a bit drab.

We are very honest with one another and when one person struggles we try to work together to overcome the challenge. It's a very positive experience.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Stop saying that the company doesn't hire jerks. Because it does, and there are many.

More focus on the people and the places we help, and less on the company.
