What makes you most happy at work? The fact that I'm busy and continuously challenged.
What are some of the best things about your team? The team I work on continues to empower and challenge me positively on a daily basis. My manager is a terrific mentor and provides any help or guidance I need to not only achieve my daily work objectives, but to also help propel my career. She has been invaluable to my learning.
What do you like best about the leadership team? They provide transparency for the recent changes that the executive team has gone through. They've been open with communications and our new software CEO sends weekly emails to catch us up on all events/happenings during the week for all departments.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? As an employee, I do not feel undervalued. I just wish our benefits were more competitive. I have never had such a high medical deductible to meet for my family working at previous jobs. But on the plus side, they do offer benefits!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I was hired in on a lower salary, and each year I max out on compensation raises due to "percentage increase"
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Stop saying that the company doesn't hire jerks. Because it does, and there are many.
