If we head clearer mandates and buy-in from leadership our meetings would have been more effective.

People have very good communication skills and are very empathetic.

Leadership and HR should be aware that there is a great deal of gossip and negative conversation happening that is rarely addressed.

We have weekly meetings where we open and vulnerable with each other. People care a lot about each other and are very empathetic.
