used to be great. now, Kele at your own risk.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

favoritism is rampant and blatant at times so be prepared. departments often work isolated from each other and it shows.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

leadership could use more follow through, maybe there wouldn't be such high turnover (and there is ridiculous turnover, do NOT let them lie to you)

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

shareholders run the direction of this company and the fact they're up for sale every couple/few years should tell you everything you need to know about who drives their financial priorities (it will never be to the benefit of the employees who make those millions possible).

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Kele used to be a respectable company to work for. Used to have leadership invested in the people who gave everything because they loved their company and their leader. Now? lol..thats a joke, right, there's no saving this trainwreck. they're so in love with money and unrealistic growth/goals now.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

straighten upper level management by CLEANING HOUSE. ever since Kele lost its former CEO, it has been a steady downhill slide of moral in almost every department but management is too focused on "the WIN" and on throwing Yetis at people to notice the eye rolls. quality folks usually see this & leave

What did you like most about the interview process?

I enjoyed my interview process. the Manger who hired me was amazing. he made me feel comfortable, welcome and was interested in me as a person. refreshing. of course he's long gone now, they lost an amazing leader when they let him walk right out the door but all these years later, I see EXACTLY why
