No clear path for growth professionally or financially. Leadership and management problems. Steady increase in workload. Friendly environment though with relatively good benefits.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Comraderie. Mutual respect. Team members support each other and will go to bat for each other. Stops at management.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For the most part, friendliness and professionalism. There used to be more team building events and celebrations of the employees and the hard work. Vastly different culture than 5 years ago.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very personalized. I was sought out as a new team member, so found the interview favorable. I feel discussions around salary potential with longevity were misleading or even dishonest.
