Leadership team is always accessible and has monthly family meetings with the home office and monthly meetings with managers and directors. Incredible experience since most companies at entry level don't even see the executive.

PTO maybe? Commission is fine.

Working with commission gives me an extra incentive to work hard on upselling as I see the dollar signs of my effort later.

I have already stated my feelings in the previous statement

It is easy to feel undervalued due to other people's behavior such as management feeling they are priority. Pay is literally the worse and hours just keep getting shorter and shorter making it unable to live with a biweekly pay.

If the company paid the employees better it would be great! There are many ways to make emplyees feel valued and compensation is one of them.

Kendra Scott ASM salaries are far below the Industry standard pay.

They're fun to work with.

Comraderie. Mutual respect. Team members support each other and will go to bat for each other. Stops at management.

My team has great communication and always comes to meetings with celebrations and opportunities to work on to ensure our team is always improving.

For the most part, friendliness and professionalism. There used to be more team building events and celebrations of the employees and the hard work. Vastly different culture than 5 years ago.

Most interview ing processes are relevant until you get into the working aspect of the job

It went fairly quickly. The made an offer in less than a week.

It was very personalized. I was sought out as a new team member, so found the interview favorable. I feel discussions around salary potential with longevity were misleading or even dishonest.

I liked that they asked behavioral based questions to really get to know me.

Knowing when I come in I have a boss who is ready to motivate the team and work hand-in-hand with each member. The KS Cafe and Nail Bar is a nice perk as well. Free coffee, smoothies and High Brews helps everyone to perform above 100%.
