There is alot of favoritism happening that creates drama. Management feels like they are untouchable and can tell stylist what to do at al times since "they are always right."

What makes me the happy at work is clocking out.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is easy to feel undervalued due to other people's behavior such as management feeling they are priority. Pay is literally the worse and hours just keep getting shorter and shorter making it unable to live with a biweekly pay.
