The company is very youthful and could definitely use some diversity. Some managers are very young and in mature.

Very positive and seem to Genuinely care about the employees.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The store manger could improve greatly. Ie coming to work on time, being prepared to work, making her employees feel appreciated. Just being a better person and being present in the store.
