What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open, honest and trust me to do my job. I have full autonomy in my role and I am empowered to make decisions. We have a blameless culture which leads to people feeling able to admit when mistakes are made, we just ensure we learn from those mistakes.

They care about the work they do and always strive to be better. They love a challenge and are sh*t hot in a crisis. We pull together and work well together

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a culture of openness, trust and respect for each other. I feel comfortable speaking up and making suggestions. Each person has the full support of a dedicated team lead.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a while ago to be honest but it was very relaxed, I was made to feel welcome so this relieved the nerves.
