Working with and developing relationships with our clients.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Compensation for sure. It creates a little inequity in the branch.

We work together very well. Our mission is very cohesive and we value supporting and uplifting each other
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct manager is fair with both support and discipline. As a whole, they really try to work with their employees to correct mistakes and to support their strengths.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay for the responsibility my position takes on could and should be a lot higher. In addition, earning bonuses are often difficult or confusing. Plus, we need a way better dental package
