Well just an instant, When you been working somewhere for Year's already and a new hire comes in with racial tendencies, Those same people you've been working with & there true color's start to show Greatly!! How would you feel?
What did you like most about the interview process?
Typical interview for this particular type of Occupation as expected.. That would be the Problem, it afterwards when your in!!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There's still a Big inequality problem within Society & Organization's that really needs Address in order for the World to move Forward !!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because the racially active motives that around you on the daily basis, When your creating a Life for your Family an others act like a child around with the same credentials but makes more then you because of race, Is one the biggest problems today!!!
What makes you most happy at work?
Well going to work to make a living after attending school is a Blessing itself, Dealing with the Culture divide over the Year's of lies from generation's, make's you uncomfortable, like your being watched or would be the First to blame, when someone else makes a mistake or funds been misplaced !!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Interface & Embrace head on all Culture's & Race's within the Company from the Top to the Bottom and if the Top end doesn't understand the Importance of that, They really need to be fired because they holding the Culture wave back from existing as much as they can into the Future tense!!
