What is the best part about your compensation package?
For a non-profit organization, I enjoy the days off, sick pay, and PTO.
The benefit package here is great.
KOTM is very generous with their compensation and they use quantitative, objective data to influence raises and opportunities for advancement.

I love the roadside assistance program and telehealth functions. These are extremely helpful, especially knowing that you can be taken care of in emergencies, outside of the typical benefits features.
