Overall, my experience is very positive. Yes, there are high expectations, but with such a positive culture, these expectations are very motivating. I truly feel a desire to work hard to contribute to the betterment of our company. Everyone is very welcoming and supportive of each other. It's great!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the roadside assistance program and telehealth functions. These are extremely helpful, especially knowing that you can be taken care of in emergencies, outside of the typical benefits features.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My leaders and coworkers are always cheering me on and supporting my daily and weekly improvements and successes. Also, the leaders have high expectations for everyone, but are also very patient too. It creates a culture of personal motivation that makes working worthwhile and positive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is very supportive of each others' wins and progress. We care not only about each others' business progress, but our personal growth as well. I also appreciate how flexible everyone is with their schedules, especially when deadlines are coming up. Everyone works hard together.
