What are some of the best things about your team?

The classroom teachers and floaters are all very attentive and synched up to each other. We rely on one another and work really well together I think. We are great communicators and love to cheer each other on.

Overall, my experience is very positive. Yes, there are high expectations, but with such a positive culture, these expectations are very motivating. I truly feel a desire to work hard to contribute to the betterment of our company. Everyone is very welcoming and supportive of each other. It's great!

Overall I have had a wonderful experience with working here. I have grown a lot and increased my knowledge and capacity for service. There is always room for improvement and I think the KOTM is working towards that improvment.
