Customer service at Kimpton is not at zero. It's actually negative. Hiring more qualified candidates and providing better training would help.

At first it seemed like the was potential for growth and real change but after two years Kimpton has shown itself to be another bloated corporate cash cow intent on lining their own pockets and the few chosen ones that resemble themselves. Outsiders need not apply.

I've worked for the Kimpton Sawyer hotel in Sacramento, California for going on 4 years now since before we were even open and I have to say I wake up every morning and smile when I think about going to work that day. Not alot of people can say that. Thank you Kimpton.
