Jordan H. Mintz — Chief Tax Officer and Vice President at Kinder Morgan

Mr. Jordan H. Mintz serves as the Chief Tax Officer and Vice President of Kinder Morgan G P Inc. at Kinder Morgan Energy Partners LP. Mr. Mintz serves as the Chief Tax Officer and Vice President of Kinder Morgan Management LLC. He served as the Chief Tax Officer and Vice President of Knight Inc. (formerly, Kinder Morgan, Inc.), Kinder Morgan Energy Partners, L.P., and Kinder Morgan Management LLC. He served as the Chief Tax Officer and Vice President at Kinder Morgan Kansas, Inc. He joined Kinder Morgan in June 2006, where he was responsible for administration of the corporate and partnership tax planning, compliance and reporting functions. Prior to Kinder Morgan, he served as Senior Vice President of Tax of Centex Corporation (NYSE: CTX) since 2002. Previously, he served for six years with Enron Corporation, where he served as Managing Director of Corporate Tax and General Tax Counsel. He served 9 years (six as a partner) at the law firm of Bracewell & Patterson, LLP and five years with Exxon Corporation as a Senior Tax Attorney. He served as an Adjunct Professor of Tax Law at the University of Houston School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in both New York and Texas and is a Member of the Tax Section of the American, Texas, New York, Dallas and Houston Bar Associations. Mr. Mintz holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, a J.D. from Boston University School of Law and an L.L.M. in Taxation from the New York University School of Law.
