Company culture is to blame, say this is not my problem, and avoid helping each other out. People who are notorious to be difficult wear it like a badge of honor.
Guidance. Personally been dealing with a manager who doesn't know how to do any one job of the people on the team. We are overworked and underpaid to make this person look good at all times.
All top management needs to go. They've created a monstrous culture of in fighting, overly high expectations, and negative attitudes. Every meeting is a competition for who is the smartest, and there seems to be joy in humiliating someone publicly.
Top management needs to change or go, the culture of this organization is toxic and it rest solely on them. It's too stressful to have everyday be one where you might get blasted on a e-mail with the organization cced, or filleted in a meeting in front of your peers.
I work too hard to make others look good. I prepare everything in a nice package for management, management does not review they read my package like a script to highest management. Someone smarter in top management will call it out as wrong, I will get yelled at for mistake, work tireless to solve.
