What is the best part about your compensation package?
A solid base with unlimited commission
I am on a salary plus bonus compensation structure. The salary is fair and I like that the bonus is based on performance.

The best piece of the compensation is that as long as we have jobs to fill, earnings are endless. There are tiers that increase as you make placements which I feel is a good rewarding challenge.
