What is the best part about your compensation package?
Top health coverage, the amount of paid time off available each year, our HSA accounts and matching programs. Best of all is the option to buy into the company after becoming vested in the company.
the HSA contributions and plan and the paid time off package. But all the other options in my package far exceeds any plan I have had prior to working with Kitchell. So basically kudos all around.
To be honest the PTO is amazing plus it rolls over year after year, the medical is good with a healthy HSA account that also rolls over each year. the only thing that was different for me was the retirement matching which takes 5 years before your vested. but the chace to own shares excites me.
