What do you like best about the leadership team?
Lots of tenure and experience.
They are strong customer orientated people who also put the employee owners that work with them right up there next to our customers when it comes to level of importance. Leadership is also very knowledgeable about their fields they work in and are a great source for advice and direction.
Supportive and highly collaborative. Team oriented with clear objectives
