What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

communication, teamwork and being able to trust that my co workers include and consider my input when collaborating with each other.

were family with a common goal, we all enjoy collaborating and communicating with each other

we always strive to carry each of our team members with us and always do everything possible to help our company grow in a upward direction. It's nice to know that we are all owners of this company since it is employee owned and with ownership comes pride in our work and the quality of it.
