Mr. Bobby R. Bell has been Chief Strategy Officer at KLA-Tencor Corporation since August 14, 2017. Mr. Bell served as an Executive Vice President at KLA-Tencor Corporation since March 2016 until August 14, 2017. Mr. Bell served as an Executive Vice President of Wafer Inspection Group at KLA-Tencor Corporation from January 2013 to February 2016. Mr. Bell served as an Executive Vice President of Global Customer Organization at KLA-Tencor Corporation since September 2008. Mr. Bell oversaw KLA'sglobal field operations, corporate sales, corporate marketing and service business. He joined KLA Instruments in 1994 as a Senior Engineer in applications development and has held a number of strategic management positions throughout his 16 years with KLA. He has been a key member of KLA's Customer Group since 2004, including prior roles leading Asia and then worldwide sales and field operations. Mr. Bell served as a Vice President in KLA's Wafer Inspection group from 2000 to 2004 and in various marketing roles from 1995 to 2000. Prior to KLA, he spent 10 years with AT&T Technology Systems and AT&T Microelectronics (including 18 months as AT&T's assignee at SEMATECH, a prominent semiconductor industry consortium) in the area of yield, defect reduction, process integration, product engineering and management. Mr. Bell earned his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Arkansas and his master's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Missouri.
