Ms. Teri A. Little has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of KLA-Tencor Corporation since August 2017 and its Corporate Secretary since October 2015. Ms. Little served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at KLA-Tencor Corporation since October 2015 until August 2017. Ms. Little served as Interim General Counsel at KLA-Tencor Corporation from September 2015 to October 2015. Prior to that, from 2007 until September 2015, Ms. Little served as an Associate General Counsel at KLA-Tencor Corporation, leading the Commercial legal team in connection with various customer and supplier-related matters, including the negotiation of the Company's worldwide commercial sales, procurement and technology development agreements, working with the Company's largest and most strategic customers and suppliers. In 2014, she assumed responsibility for the Corporate legal function, managing the legal requirements associated with KLA-Tencor Corporation's corporate securities, mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, corporate governance and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Ms. Little joined KLA-Tencor Corporation in 2002 as Senior Counsel. Prior to KLA-Tencor Corporation, she was a senior associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, P.C. Ms. Little received her J.D. from Stanford University and her bachelor's degree in finance from San Jose State University.
