Virendra A. Kirloskar — Senior VP & Chief Accounting Officer at KLA-TENCOR CORPORATION

Mr. Virendra A. Kirloskar has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President at KLA-Tencor Corporation since March 2008. Mr. Kirloskar served as a Vice President and Corporate Controller at KLA-Tencor Corporation from May 2003 to March 2008. From August 2006 to August 2007, he served management responsibilities with in KLA-Tencor India. He served as Group Controller and Assistant Corporate Controller of KLA-Tencor, where he was responsible for corporate finance and control, strategic planning, budgeting and SEC reporting. Mr. Kirloskar also held various finance positions within KLA-Tencor from 1993 to 1999. He served as Chief Financial Officer/Vice President of Finance at ishoni Networks. He served as corporate controller of Atmel Corporation from June 2002 to April 2003. He was responsible for the accounting, administration, financial planning and control, human resources and legal functions at ishoni. He served as Audit Manager in the high technology group of Ernst & Young. Mr. Kirloskar received his Bachelors degree in commerce from the University of Pune, India and his Masters degree in business administration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
