What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Actually listening to people and give opportunities to everyone and not just few selected. Being coherent with themselves and not hiding behind "misscomunication"

Communicate better and set proper KPI's
Hiring process should be more strict. People hired for important positions are extremely incompetent and have no idea what they are doing. This company is leaking money and resources from its engineering competence everyday because of the reason above.
They are in such positions because of politics or friendships, they should be let go.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher salaries and more frequent promotions
Salaries could be more competitive, and the benefits could be beyond the statutory or minimum.
Equity comp more in line with with tech peers
