Easily the greatest place I've ever worked. Company culture/workplace atmosphere is very important to me, and this company has NAILED IT! I honestly like coming to work here, and I think that is probably the best compliment you can give a workplace.

Everyone is excited and fun. I love the atmosphere around here and it's heavily because of the people!

It's all about growth and making employees into better people. There's no better way to make a positive impact on someone than to help them be better!
What makes you most happy at work?
The people. I love saying hello to all of the people I work with and I have formed connections with my coworkers/friends that will last a lifetime. Great places attract great people!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The transparency they provide us! I've never heard of a company this size that is this open and honest with employees. We even start every day with a short meeting where we get direct updates from the CEO and our other executives. So refreshing!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
All of it! Unlimited snack, tea, & coffee, daily food carts, end of the month lunches, awesome game/break rooms, free health care, yoga class, Tai Chi class, Dance lessons, volunteer/philanthropy events, a whole team (the Fun & Shenanigans team) dedicated to our company culture & making us happy!
